County-wide public forum addresses Act 13 and pipelines slated for Berks

Pipelines are coming to Berks County and a new law, Act 13, strips municipal officials of any control over them. The public is invited to a county-wide public forum on May 30 at 7 p.m. in Leesport to learn about the issues and find out what they can do to protect their families and communities.
